What are your available shipping options?

Fast Shipping is FREE across the contiguous U.S. and takes around 6-8 business days. If that's not quick enough, we have Faster Shipping, which takes 3-6 business days, and Fastest Shipping, which takes 2-4 business days. As a reminder, business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays. Please note these estimates include processing times.

What is my expected delivery date?

We process orders within 2-3 business days. Please note that we do not give estimated delivery dates at checkout. You will receive an estimated delivery date from the carrier when your order ships and your tracking updates. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! You will be notified at checkout if we are can’t ship specific items to the address you have selected.

How long do international shipments take to arrive?

Please note standard international shipments do not have a delivery estimate and can take anywhere from 21-35 business days to arrive. These orders are not tracked like domestic orders, so you will only receive milestone tracking notifications, which means several days can go by before seeing an update. Rest assured, your package is on the way!

Do I have to pay Customs Duty (Import Fees) for international orders? 

Yes, if applicable. Any import tariff fees will need to be covered by the customer when your package is ready for pickup or at delivery. These fees are not included in our prices or the shipping costs. 

I made a mistake on my order. How do I change it?

Because we ship orders as fast as possible, we have very limited time to cancel orders. We ask that you reach out to us at hello@gowellpath.com as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant information. We can only help as long as your item has not processed to ship or has shipped. Please note, cancellations are not guaranteed.
